Sam is offering Yoga + Self-Compassion on Saturday, August 1st at 1pm at the Virtual Vermont Be True Yoga Festival
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali offer ahimsa, non-harming or compassion as the first limb of yoga. For many of us the most challenging being to offer compassion towards is ourself. We tend to hold high expectations of ourselves, push down “negative” emotions feeling they aren’t “yogic” and punish ourselves for perceived shortcomings.  In this workshop we will explore techniques to allow ourselves to experience the full realm of emotions moving through the body with self-compassion. When we experience these emotions without aversion they provide powerful guidance that draws us closer to unconditional love.

Does your life feel like a race where you’re always a few laps behind? You work long hours at your not-so-dream job, have a million obligations, cook, clean, pay the bills, workout and crash in front of the TV wishing you had the energy for things like meditation, journaling, or home yoga. It all kinda feels like a blur. Am I right? You wish you could have your dream job, a fun and freeing schedule, healthy meals, lots of money, and a body you feel good about - but you have no idea how to make it happen. That’s where your wild woman comes in. There is a wild woman inside of you - and every other woman. She is you in your essence. She is you unbridled. And, she has been weighed down for too long. Your wild woman is suppressed by hectic living - busy schedules, constant obligations, and little time for self-care. She is always talking to you, but you can’t hear her over all the noise and chaos. She knows your deepest desires and your wildest dreams. She believes in your true power and potential. She wants to be seen. She wants to be heard. She wants to awaken. Knowing how to connect to your wild woman is KEY to breaking free from the mundane, from soul-crushing jobs, and from all the chaos. When you awaken your wild woman and learn how to follow her calls, everything falls into place. Your dreams come alive.
You manifest magic. Other people are in awe of what you’ve been able to create for yourself. It’s as good as it sounds.

Join Brandy Oswald, Women’s Health Coach & Fertility Awareness Instructor to learn how to connect your inner wild woman - how to recognize her voice, trust her message, and follow her calls so that you can break-free from your hectic lifestyle and finally live the life you’ve always dreamed of living.
This workshop will teach you:

  • A simple step-by-step strategy to manifest your BIG dreams so that you can stop playing small and go after what you truly want.
  • Intuitive ways to release the fear and resistance that are holding you back and keeping you stuck in your current cycles and patterns.
  • The power of connection - to yourself, your desires, and the sacred divine source - and how to commune with them all to bring your dreams to life
This workshop isn’t vision boarding. It isn’t goal setting. It isn’t transformational meditation. It’s a little bit of this and so much more. This workshop is all about soulful, spiritual, sacred self-connection. Together we’ll go big AND go home - deep inside our wildest selves. To learn more about Brandy visit: www.sauvagewellness.com
